This policy explains how Berber Knots handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders delivered worldwide.
Timeframe, Shipping Costs & How to Request a Return
You can request a return up to 14 days after your order is delivered.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any return requests beyond this period.
- If you’re returning due to personal reasons (e.g. wrong size or changed your mind), you’ll need to cover the return shipping.
- If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

Please include your order number and a short reason for return.
Our team will reply within 1 business day with clear instructions and shipping info.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos.
- We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period:

Return Conditions & Item Requirements
We accept returns for both faulty and non-faulty items, as long as they meet the following criteria:
- Item is returned within the 14-day window.
- Item is clean, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
- Original packaging is included if available.
We may not offer a full refund for items that are clearly worn, damaged or missing parts.
Exchange Requests & What’s Covered
You can request an exchange if:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect — we’ll cover return shipping.
- You want to swap for a different size or style — return shipping is your responsibility.
Exchanges must follow the same 14-day limit and product condition requirements as returns.
Refund Method, Timing & Other Info
- Refunds are made in USD $ to the original payment method
- After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 days
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued
- If the return was our fault, we’ll also refund your original shipping fee
- We don’t charge restocking fees
- In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if you’d rather keep the item
