1. Where are your rugs made?
Every rug is handwoven in the Middle Atlas region of Morocco, the birthplace of the famous Beni Mrirt rugs. Our artisans use traditional weaving methods that have been passed down for generations.
2. Are your rugs authentic Berber rugs?
Yes. All of our rugs are woven by Berber artisans in Morocco. While many people search for “Beni Ourain rugs,” our specialty is the Beni Mrirt rug, known for its thicker pile, higher knot density, and luxurious softness.
3. How long does it take to receive my rug?
Because all rugs are made-to-order, production takes about 4–8 weeks, depending on the size and design. Once completed, we ship with FedEx Express, and delivery worldwide usually takes 3–7 business days.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders. No extra shipping costs will ever be added to your purchase.
5. Can I return or exchange my rug?
Since every rug is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a mistake in the weaving (wrong size, wrong design, or a clear defect), we will adjust, repair, or correct it at no cost.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, weaving begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
7. Can I choose my own size and colors?
Absolutely. You can select from our standard sizes or request exact dimensions. For colors, you may choose from our Color Catalog or send us an inspiration photo to match.
8. What materials do you use?
We use only 100% natural Moroccan wool. Each rug is hand-knotted with high knot density, making it durable, soft, and long-lasting.
9. How should I care for my rug?
- Vacuum gently and regularly.
- Rotate your rug every few months to even out wear.
- Blot spills immediately with mild soap and water.
- For deep cleaning, we recommend a professional rug cleaner.
10. Do you work with designers or wholesale clients?
Yes. We partner with interior designers, architects, and retailers worldwide. If you are interested in trade pricing or bulk orders, please contact us directly.
