Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:
Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

- Order Handling Time: 1-3 Business days (Monday-Friday)
- Transit Time: 3-8 Business days (Monday-Friday)
- Total Delivery Time: 4-11 Business days (Estimated delivery time based on customer location)

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. - If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the investigation.
